The Zen Retreat offers a 4 hour rejuvenating experience, beginning with a warm meet and greet in our studio. Participants will enjoy a tea blending class with a personalized take-home blend, light charcuterie bites, stretching and light yoga session, along with a soothing sound bath session, concluding with delectable desserts and mimosas.
