Shipping Policy

At The Elegant Apothecary, every order is thoughtfully packaged with care and intention. Please read below for information on our shipping process, delivery timelines, and what to expect after you place an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if your item is part of a special release or limited edition collection, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We’ll always keep you informed via email if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Domestic U.S.):

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or similar
     

Local Delivery or Pickup:
If we offer local delivery or in-store pickup in your area, it will be shown as an option at checkout (if applicable).

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on third-party carriers to deliver it safely.


If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at [insert email] within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, postal service issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • For lost or stolen packages, we will help you file a claim with the carrier and offer solutions when possible.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our herbal products, certain items may be restricted from being shipped to specific states or areas — we will notify you at checkout if this applies to your order.
