1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on select items within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Tea blends, herbal products, tinctures, or any opened consumable items

Sale or final sale items

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized gifts
2. How to Initiate a Return

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred product.
